Among the noises and disturbances that violate this ordinance are:
Section 2B2: The playing of any radio or any musical instrument in such a manner or with such volume as to annoy or disturb the quiet, comfort or repose of any other person.
Section 2B3: Yelling, shouting, hooting or singing on the public streets between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. [Eastern Time] or at any time or place so as to annoy or disturb the quiet, comfort or repose of any persons in the vicinity.
The RHOA Board has communicated with the Township Supervisor and the Sheriff's Department to compile suggested courses of action:
Talk to the neighbor or rental people in person
Call the homeowner
Call the Berrien County Sheriff Patrol: Non-Emergency (866) 630-7679
